Zannah Ryabchuk is a leading business culture expert, award-winning CEO of Breakthrough Global, and host of the podcast ‘3 Lessons from Breakthrough Leaders’. Zannah’s journey into leadership began with a solid foundation in research, communication, and international relations. After earning a BA in History from the University of Manchester, she gained early professional experience at The American European Business Association and in luxury beauty brands such as Tom Ford and Estée Lauder. She went on to complete an MSc in Politics and International Studies at SOAS University of London and postgraduate studies at Chatham House, where she contributed to research on food insecurity and famine in Africa. These formative experiences cultivated her analytical mindset and interest in the intersection between human behaviour, leadership, and global systems.
Her career with Breakthrough Global began in 2012, where her drive and leadership potential were quickly recognised. Progressing from Communications Manager to Client Manager, and later Managing Director, Zannah was appointed CEO in 2023 at the age of 33. Under her leadership, Breakthrough Global has continued to expand its impact, working with international businesses to embed high-performance mindsets and transformational behaviours across their teams. Her work bridges psychology and strategy, combining evidence-based insight with practical tools that empower leaders to drive sustainable success.
As a speaker, Zannah is known for her energy, clarity, and ability to make complex behavioural science accessible and actionable. She has shared her expertise with global audiences, including as a featured speaker at OpEx 2025, and through her acclaimed podcast, where she distils the wisdom of some of the world’s most influential leaders.
