Sir Steve Redgrave is widely regarded as the most successful male rower in Olympic history, a title earned through an extraordinary career defined by consistency, resilience and elite performance. Across five consecutive Olympic Games, he secured five gold medals, alongside a bronze, placing him among the fifth-most successful British Olympians of all time.
