Scotty Mills has led a remarkable career as a revered member of the Royal Marines, leading British Commandos as the highest-ranking Black Officer in history. Having served his country for an incredible 32 years, he reached the profound status of Commando ‘Green Beret’ Officer as a result of his inspirational leadership style.
