Dr Sabine Charles is a highly accomplished executive, educator, and thought leader in the fields of leadership and internal audit. As the Founder and Chief Executive of Charles Financial Strategies and the TAPA Institute, she has dedicated her career to helping professionals and organisations unlock their potential through strategic insight and practical leadership development. Sabine’s career began with roles at major financial institutions including American Express and Citi, where she honed her skills in audit and analysis. Her expertise deepened through consultancy assignments with Experis and management responsibilities at Deloitte, experiences which gave her a broad perspective on governance, risk, and leadership in complex environments. In 2011, she founded Charles Financial Strategies, where she continues to serve as President and CEO.

Her entrepreneurial drive led to the creation of the TAPA Institute in 2016, established as a hub for professional development and leadership education. Alongside her academic achievements, including earning a Doctor of Business Administration, Sabine has obtained an exceptional array of professional certifications – from Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Fraud Examiner to specialist IT governance and risk credentials such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, and CRMA.
