Mindy Gibbins-Klein is an internationally recognised keynote speaker, executive coach and thought leadership expert who specialises in confidence, communication and purposeful leadership. With decades of experience spanning business, publishing and leadership development, she is widely hired as an inspirational leadership speaker for her ability to empower audiences to communicate with clarity, lead authentically and create meaningful impact. Originally graduating with a BA in Linguistics from McGill University, Mindy later completed an MBA in International Business at the University of Bridgeport, laying the foundations for a successful corporate career. She held a number of senior marketing and leadership positions throughout the technology sector, including Senior Marketing Manager at Nortel Networks, later progressing to Senior Manager of CRM before becoming Marketing Director EMEA for RiverSoft UK PLC. Alongside her corporate achievements, Mindy developed a passion for helping people articulate their expertise and personal stories more effectively. In 2002, she founded The Book Midwife, supporting aspiring authors, leaders and entrepreneurs to develop thought leadership through publishing. She later became Managing Director of Panoma Press LTD, further establishing her influence within leadership and business communication.

Mindy’s expertise has earned international recognition throughout her career. She delivered a keynote presentation at the Global Speakers Summit in Noordwijk, Holland, and continues to work with leading organisations around the world on leadership, influence and communication. In 2021, she launched The Thoughtful Leader Podcast, where she interviews influential leaders and explores the evolving challenges of modern leadership. Continuing to expand her impact, Mindy founded the Giving 1 Percent project in 2024, encouraging businesses and individuals to create positive social change. In 2026, Thinkers360 recognised her as both a Top 50 Leadership Thought Leader and a Top 25 Diversity and Inclusion Thought Leader.
