Her life changed dramatically in 2004 when she survived the Boxing Day Tsunami, sustaining serious injuries. This traumatic but transformative experience ignited her passion for understanding people’s values, motivations, and the deeper aspects of human communication. In the wake of the disaster, she raised £100,000 in just six months for the Hikkaduwa Village Fund, saving lives and showcasing her remarkable leadership and compassion. This defining moment helped her build a career rooted in purpose and people-centric transformation.
