Meg Robson is the World’s Strongest Woman, a triple world record holder, double world champion, and founder of Meg Robson Coaching. Her story is one of extraordinary resilience and transformation, from overcoming personal adversity to achieving global recognition in strength sport. Drawing on her background as a trauma-informed practitioner and leadership coach, Meg empowers individuals and organisations to harness their inner strength, build resilience, and lead with compassion. Her unique journey from frontline social care to world-class athlete has inspired audiences across sectors including health, education, policing, social care, and the third sector.

Before becoming a global name in strength athletics, Meg spent more than a decade working in behaviour change and trauma-informed practice. She began her career supporting children and families in complex and challenging circumstances, later qualifying as a Positive Behaviour Support Coach in 2015 and becoming a certified Trauma-Informed Practitioner. Her expertise led her to senior roles, including serving as a Senior Trauma-Informed Practitioner and PBS Coach for Barnardo’s, and later as Lead PBS Coach for The Witherslack Group. These experiences gave her deep insight into the ways trauma shapes behaviour and how compassion-led leadership can drive meaningful change.

In 2020, Meg partnered with The Home Office, Thames Valley Police, and Barnardo’s to deliver trauma-informed leadership and behaviour change programmes at scale. The following year, she achieved a defining milestone in her sporting career setting three world records and being crowned the World’s Strongest Woman. Through her coaching and speaking work, she bridges the gap between physical and emotional strength, showing how resilience, self-awareness, and purpose can transform performance in every field.

Meg is hired as a speaker because she embodies strength in every sense of the word such as physical, emotional, and psychological. Her talks challenge traditional ideas of toughness, encouraging audiences to see vulnerability as a form of power. Combining evidence-based practice with deeply personal storytelling, she offers practical strategies for leading with empathy, navigating adversity, and creating trauma-informed cultures. Whether addressing leaders, educators, or athletes, Meg leaves audiences motivated to lead with courage, compassion, and authenticity.
