Jonathan Peach

Jonathan Peach is a professional performance coach, Senior Speaker with The Art of Brilliance, and co-author of ‘Leadership: The Multiplier Effect’. With nearly thirty years of experience in senior corporate leadership, consultancy, and coaching, he specialises in unlocking human potential and helping organisations create cultures of positivity, purpose, and high performance. As a trainer and Director at Gobebrilliant, Jonathan combines humour, authenticity, and evidence-based techniques to inspire teams to think differently and lead with brilliance. His energetic delivery and practical insight have made him a sought-after speaker for world-class organisations, including Microsoft, UEFA, the National Trust, NHS, Dyson, Nando’s, and Bupa.

Jonathan’s career began in the corporate retail sector, where he built a strong foundation in leadership and people management. After gaining his Diploma in Business Management from Kingston University, he joined WHSmith as a Project Manager before progressing through a range of senior retail roles. He went on to work as a consultant at The Retail Practice, Head of Retail at Ocean, and Area and Regional Manager at WHSmith and Dixons Retail respectively. These experiences gave him an in-depth understanding of operational excellence, customer engagement, and the importance of cultivating motivated teams in fast-paced environments.

Transitioning into leadership development, Jonathan became Client Services Director at The Infinite Group and later Director of Employment and Engagement at Retail Marketing. In 2015, he founded Gobebrilliant, a coaching and training consultancy focused on helping leaders and organisations achieve lasting behavioural change. A year later, he joined The Art of Brilliance as a Senior Speaker and Brilliant Trainer, where his work has had a transformative impact across corporate, educational, and public sectors. His approach blends coaching, NLP, facilitation, and storytelling to make leadership development both engaging and effective.
