Dr Vumile Msweli is a globally recognised executive coach, leadership strategist, and the dynamic Founder and CEO of Hesed Consulting, a Pan-African human capital and coaching firm with a footprint across six countries, including South Africa, Nigeria, and the United States. Beginning her career in accounting and finance, Dr Msweli honed her leadership in senior roles at Investec, Red Merchant Bank, Barclays, and Vodafone, where she held key positions including Head of Business Support and Executive Head of Client Services. In 2012, she founded Hesed Consulting, driven by a vision to develop Africa’s professional talent and leadership capacity.
