His commercial career took shape when he joined Carphone Warehouse as an Event Manager in 2009 before moving into sponsorship and marketing at TalkTalk, where he led major partnership campaigns. In 2014, Dan joined ITV, progressing from Sponsorship Manager to Paid Partnerships Team Lead, co-managing a team responsible for generating around £130 million in annual revenue. His success in leadership was fuelled by a deep personal understanding of workplace culture and the impact of effective management.

A pivotal experience with workplace bullying from an ill-equipped manager inspired Dan to challenge traditional management practices.
