With academic credentials including a BS in Psychology from Warner University and an MS in Human Resources and Organisational Development from Barry University, Chip began his career in the healthcare sector. He spent nine years as a management training coordinator at a 365-bed hospital in Florida, where he created the Institute for Leadership Development. This internal corporate university delivered over 39 training courses and three internal degree programmes, focusing on managerial development and personal growth. The success of this initiative sparked external interest, laying the foundation for Chip’s next career step.

Driven by the growing demand for his engaging and transformative content, Chip launched Madera Productions Inc. and transitioned into full-time speaking.
