Andrea Marsh is the Founder of Deeper Connections UK and a nine-times award-winning empowerment and resilience coach who has become one of the most recognised voices in mindset and mental wellbeing. In 2025, she was honoured as Business Woman of the Year, Mental Health Coach of the Year and Most Influential Woman in Business, later receiving the Female Diamond Entrepreneur Award in 2026. Her work centres on helping entrepreneurs, leaders and communities strengthen their mindset, elevate performance and build emotional resilience that lasts.

Andrea’s professional path began in the beauty industry, where she spent over three decades working closely with clients, building relationships and supporting individuals from all walks of life. A pivotal moment came in 2018 when her teenage daughter experienced a serious mental health crisis. This life-changing experience led Andrea to retrain as a professional coach, qualifying with distinction and dedicating her career to understanding resilience, mindset and sustainable success. What started as a personal journey evolved into a mission to help others overcome adversity with confidence and clarity.

Since becoming a Mental Health Coach and Mindset Coach in 2020, Andrea has expanded her expertise into business strategy and high-performance coaching. She launched her professional speaking career in 2022 and has since supported more than 500 entrepreneurs and business owners in starting, scaling and strengthening their ventures. Her insights have been featured in publications such as Woman’s Weekly, Workplace Wellbeing Magazine and Brainz Magazine. In 2025, she also published several titles including ‘Silent Struggles’, ‘Breaking the Silence’, ‘Goals Journal Book’ and the collaborative work ‘Successful Minds’.
