Ana Larrea-Albert

Ana Larrea-Albert is the founder of the Latina Leadership Collective and creator of the NENANI Mentoring Programme, a Harvard-educated leadership expert, and award-winning author of the bilingual ‘ZeeZee Can’ children’s book series. With over 20 years of experience in international business and a lifelong commitment to empowering others, Ana is dedicated to helping people — especially women and Latinas — lead with confidence, authenticity, and purpose. In 2025, she published ‘The Confident Leader: From Self-Doubt to Authentically You’, a powerful guide that reflects her mission to help leaders embrace their strengths and step into their full potential.

Ana’s professional path began with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University, followed by an MBA in International Business. She quickly built a successful corporate career, holding leadership positions in marketing and customer experience with global organisations, including NASA, PayPal, First Data, and Office Depot. Her results-driven approach and cross-cultural expertise led to her appointment as Vice President of Marketing and Customer Experience for a leading European maritime multinational. Alongside her corporate achievements, Ana earned her Master’s in Public Administration from Harvard University in 2021, deepening her understanding of leadership, policy, and systemic change.

Beyond her corporate success, Ana has become a passionate advocate for mentorship and representation. In 2010, she founded the NENANI Mentoring Programme at Florida Atlantic University to support Latina students in higher education, helping them build confidence, networks, and career opportunities. In 2023, she launched the Latina Leadership Collective, a global community dedicated to elevating Latina voices in leadership and business. Her impact has been recognised widely, including being named a Latina of Influence and receiving an Honourable Mention at the 2021 International Latino Book Awards for Most Inspirational Children’s Picture Book.
